Thanks to those who put their names in the hat! And also for sharing some sweet and precious memories of your own. Loved the comments.
I went to random.org and it told me “#1” today.
So, drumroll please, the winner of my Mama’s book, “Papa Jim” is Julie of Dog Trot Farm. If you haven’t visited her lovely blog, please do! I have never visited the state of Maine in person, but I certainly enjoy my virtual trips via Dog Trot Farm. One of my very favorites!
Thanks again, Everyone! Wish I had more “Papa Jim” books to send each of you.
The Blacksmith wants to do a giveaway very soon also. Perhaps, a Railroad Spike garden trowel.. or..? This will give me a good opportunity to do a blog post about his brand new Blacksmith Shop.
Have a great week.. hope to see you soon!

Hi Tammy - congratulations to the winner, she's sure to enjoy. Sorry to be MIA, it's been a rush, prepping for winter. Wanted to tell you...I did send an e-mail to This Old House magazine re. PW's garden trowels and now...since you don't mind...I'm going to send an e-mail to Martha Stewart. She has the awards for handmade in America and I think PW's trowels are a GREAT fit!
God bless you both!
Tammy, just stopping by to wish you a Happy New Year...Papa Jim...before being mailed to Ohio, was enjoyed by my mum...Soon the book will be heading out to another blogger...Wishing you health and happiness in the new year...Greetings from Maine, Julie...
