It’s here – the second round! Snow is piling up.
This was truly an accident – don’t know how I did it, but I videoed in slow-mo earlier this morning during the peak of the blizzard.
Kinda cool, really, if I do say so myself! If I had to do it all again, not sure if I could figure out how…
If you watch carefully at about 3:10-3:20, a goldfinch is feeding its mate a sunflower seed.. awwwww!
Be safe out there, everyone affected by this. It is beautiful, but scary at the same time.

How beautiful! And the music from "The Snowman" is perfect. Always loved that so much. And yes, thank you for feeding the birds.
Take care,
Mary
That 's an award winning video! Beautiful!
Beautiful! I hope you are staying safe and cozy. :)
Wow, Tammy, this is a truly awesome video! Loved it!
We had too much snow again, too. Electricity was out at my house for 7 hours today. Hubby, the lineman, is still out working as I type this. Many in the rural areas are still without electric. I hope this was the last of the big snows for the winter!
Take care and stay warm.
Very very cool Tammy! I saw the goldfinch couple and Mr. Cardinal gave him the look!! We had no electricity for a bit yesterday and last night. 7 inches here and snowing again this morning.
Beautiful! and I love that song... I think I have it in my Itunes...
What a beautiful video and the song you chose so perfectly matched. It looks very cold there but gorgeous.
I popped over from TexWis and am so glad i did!
Have a great night

There are not words to express the beauty of this scene...
Hi Tammy - I see you're keeping your little birdies well fed in all the snow! Sitting outside watching your birds and taking photos of them. You sound just like my sister. She does the same thing - here in Texas - just no snow. She got some pics of a beautiful bunting last summer. He was very shy, but she managed to snap a few pics of him. Your pics are great and so was this video! Bundle up ----
Oh Tammy, I LOVED this!!!! Just beautiful! We've yet to have a big snow this season, but hear one may be coming on Wed... My kids will be the only happy campers. Hope yours are passed. Please stay safe n snug!
